I got my nails done yesterday March 22, 2021 for my boyfriends birthday I was super excited and I loved my nails she did a great job even though it was a little pricey ($65) it was totally worth it. So worth it that I still tipped her $20 so my total charge was $85 no problem I take out my debit card and she runs it for $85 I sign her receipt it says $85. Later that night I am checking my bank account for the transactions that I did that day and luxury nail pops up with a pending transaction of $102 not the $85 that I authorized. I am super bummed because they have always done a good job on my nails but that is just faulty business and I cannot stand for that wrapping the story up I called and left a message that night asking someone to get ahold of me and explained the situation and the next day the pending charge was changed to $85 like it was supposed to be and I never received a call back so unfortunately I won’t be using their services again because if I hadn’t have caught it they would have got me almost $20 not solid business behavior

This will probably be long but I’m disappointed in the work done. My friend & I made appointments for us to get a manicure & pedicure for 12:30 yesterday afternoon. We arrived right at 12:30 & were told to choose a polish, so we assumed we would be seen right away or at least soon. When we sat down I noticed the sign that said 20% off any service, so I thought why not get my feet done too. I asked the ladies if they had time to do my feet too & they gladly said yes but ended up waiting for an hour until someone started working on us. They could’ve told us to come in at 1:30 instead of 12:30 if they were that busy, we would’ve been okay with that. I asked for a basic pedicure & it was nice at first but my lady would roll her eyes here & there like it was annoying we were there. My friend asked for a higher price pedi & she said she felt rushed. There were already 2 other ladies waiting there while we were getting our feet done & probably had to wait just as long as we did because we were getting our nails done as well. After, our pedicure we started getting our nails done…my friend was trying something new & never got acrylics, so she was a little confused on what she wanted but the lady said “this girl don’t know what she want, jeez” I ended up not liking the color on my nails while she was doing them. The lady asked me if I liked it & I told her it that it was a little bright, so she said “that’s why you guys are friends because you don’t know what you want” I’m paying for a service & for them to be rude was unnecessary. We did not feel welcomed & just felt rushed the whole time. My friends nails were uneven & my toes were messed up. Lastly, when I went to pay they told me $50 for both & that’s the total for a basic pedi ($25) & a gel manicure ($25), so I asked why the 20% wasn’t taken off & they kept saying it was. I argued back & said it wasn’t but then the lady ended up saying “take $5 off since they had to wait so long.” We should’ve got the $5 off including the 20%. 20% off of $50 is $40 but okay. I ended up paying $45 instead of $50 because of the $5 off for waiting so long & my friend ran into the same problem. She had acrylics done with a higher price pedi & her total was still full price with no 20% off taken other than the $5 taken off for waiting too long. I will not be going back.
