Worst Nails I have ever had. Rushed couldn’t even do simple color matching. I asked for dark Grey got black. Length on all nails dont match. Parts missing acrylic. Super disappointed. Half have a coffin shape other half square.

I requested a pedicure and they refused to soak my gel polish off and only wanted to drill it off instead. I insisted that I did not want my toes drilled on but they were in such a rush that they didn’t care. I asked the technician to please stop and she still continued to rub sea salt on my legs. I asked for it to be taken off and that I was done.

I am so disappointed with my experience here and have never had a worse manicure. The lady who did my nails on Tuesday flew through the process, destroyed my cuticles, and files my nails (which were already short) down to nubs. I’m currently two days in and 6 of my nail beds are burning and have hangnails, my thumb has been filed so short it’s painful, one nail has a clear bubble and another is already chipped. I wish I had spoken up quicker during this “service” but it happened so fast. $42 plus a tip was most definitely a rip off.
