Went in as a walk in, place looked nice and clean. My daughter and I asked for gel fill manicures. For it was a girl’s day out. There was no one there at the time. So I assumed we would have been seated next to each other. But No. Strike 1. Strike 2. I was given a disgruntle old man who did my nails. Strike 3. Lasted one week and they started to snap off due to NOT ENOUGH UV GEL on the nails. Inwhich they have torn my natural nail right off below the nail bed.

I had a great experience getting my nails done here. I even came in with a photo of the design I wanted and they were able to replicate it perfectly. I love this place!! I get powder dip on my nails, no matter who does them they come out looking great. Love getting pedicures here as well 🙂 The staff is all very friendly and they are all awesome, I never have to ask for anyone specific because they are all great. Very highly recommend this place! Don’t let the name of this salon fool you. It’s far from “luxury ”. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. None of the people working there are even friendly. I had high expectations from reading the reviews so I’m actually really confused. I was given an older, angry man. He was very rude and didn’t want to listen to me when I asked him to fix a part of my nail that was missing. You could tell he wasn’t very experienced and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I pointed out a piece of black lint or something on my toe nail to the girl that was doing my pedicure and she also gave me an attitude about it. She tried redoing it like 3 times but just kept messing it up. And even after 3 times, she still couldn’t get it right. Sorry but if I’m paying you for a service, I’m not leaving with piece of black lint in my nail polish. The salon itself is pretty outdated, and not very clean. They only have 3 people working there and I had to wait a while with my feet soaking in cold water for a pedicure. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Oh and this is one of those salons that talk bad about you in a different language because they think you don’t know what they’re saying but you actually do. Highly do not recommend!

Their team gives the best pedicures (volcano pedicure), the massage is the best and not done in a rush. I’ve recommended them to family and friends who have also had great experiences. Pedicure
