Kevin is the absolute BEST. He has been doing nails 40+ years and it shows. He does my solar with gel on top and it is perfect every time – lasts 4 weeks, easily. His gel pedicures also last equally long (if not longer) and are excellent. Plus, he gives helpful tips on nail care. The price is fair for the high quality service. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI scheduled and appointment for my mom and I a Pedicure foe Mother’s Day. I spoke to a gentleman who confirmed the appointment time and location to make sure I knew which location to go to. When my mom and I arrived we approached the business and found a front door that had been boarded up. Not a good first impression. Then when we walked in we greeted them with “good morning” we have an appointment at 11. We gave them our name and the gentleman proceeded to tell me that I called and canceled and my spot was filled already. I told him that I never called and canceled and he must be mistaken. He continued to say the same thing and tried to show me the cancellation on his appointment book. Again I told him that it wasn’t me who canceled. He never apologized so I said “Fine, I’ll go somewhere else” and I walked out. It was very unprofessional and rude.
