They are friendly and welcoming ❤️ I came in as a walk in for a mani/pedi and they sat me right down and started right away. My lady was quiet but when I started talking to her she opened up. The only flaw I have noticed so far was they don’t bleach the tubs when the pedicure customer has left. Unless they clean after everyone leaves.. not sure about that one. Other than that, they are busy on weekends and least busiest on weekdays.

Went to this nail salon after a few bad experiences at a different salon. I keep my nails simple…..short, dip powder french manicure. I must admit that for my first visit, I am very pleased with everything from this nail salon! Very good customer service, and my nails look great considering my nail tech had to fix what the other place messed up! Plus it was so peaceful and relaxing inside the salon, I almost fell asleep while my nails were being done! Will definitley be back!

I have gone here several times and i have never been treated so rudely. They were not clear on prices. I have literally gotten the same color on my toes more than twice and have always been charged the same. Today i walk out paying $70 for a spa pedi that I’ve always paid $45 for. They did not communicate well at all. Then i called and spoke to the manager who instructed me to come in and get $20 which was the price difference. So i go to the salon and its busy and the owner proceeds to make a big scene like I was the one who created this problem. very rude and embarrassing and will not be returning

Before found this salon, I used to go to this fancy over priced nail place and was always disappointed afterwards w their work. My powder dip nails would break off or chip a week later, some a few days. When I found this place, Luxury Nails, I was impressed w their work and the quality of their products. They are friendly and go that extra mile to make your visit more enjoyable, like a little hand massage after every mani. It just makes the whole experience more enjoyable. I drive 20 miles from my house just to come here, even though I have a few nail salons just around the corner of my house.
