There was no music playing. They had a program playing on one of their televisions, which was an Asian child receiving surgery on their face in Thai. Lee did my nails and he only cared about how shiny they were after being painted. He didn’t get all of my cuticles off, missed the side of my index finger when painting them, and painted all of them nails unevenly. He was also too rough when massaging my hands and arms. Definitely won’t be going back.

What they lack in, they make it up on massage time. Uneven nail polish. Some fingers are fully coated and others missing polish on the sides. My cuticles were not properly trimmed and there are bubbles trapped in my gel color. They rush the whole way. So if you are trying to get a one hour combo mani pedi…..this is the spot.

I love getting a pedicure by Chi, she’s pleasant, thorough and awesome. As for the other ladies, I’ve always had good manicures and pedicures but she’s my favorite. Most of the poor reviews are about the Male manicurist so maybe stick to the ladies. I also wish they’d play music and not TV shows, it’s less relaxing.

I got a bday gift to this place and also paid an extra 25 to get a spa pedicure. I did gel nails polish and spa pedicure it was about $50 total because the lady talked me into dipping powder for an extra 7 dollars. She said it would make polish last longer and look nicer. She ruined my nails this service is for fake nails but since I didn’t know that I agreed to the service. You can’t get the polish off and they thin out your nails using a file machine that’s meant to fake nails. I will never come back to this place…on top of that I gave a good tip.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTING. This used to be my regular-every-two-weeks nail stop when I previously lived here 8 months ago. No matter who did my nails they were always on point and looked fabulous. However I visited them yesterday (4/3) as my welcome home present and I was beyond disappointed. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and they kept trying to persuade me to something else (take it I just wanted acrylics with a top coat-nothing extreme) and told them over the phone and was told it’d be 23$. A male who was seemingly pleasant to chat with was the one doing my nails and after an hour of sitting there they looked HORRID. My right hang thumb nail was pointed severely outward instead of forward, my right hand pinky nail was severely misshapen as well. My right hand nails ended up being super pointy and my left were in ovals. Not what I wanted AT ALL. As well as when I put my fingers next to each other each (pinky to pinky, etc) they are all different lengths. None matched up! And after that hour I didn’t have time to have them redo it so I left very unhappy. And on top of all of that when I went to pay he told me it was 28$ (5$ more than I was told over the phone) and held his hand out waiting for a tip! Sad to see my favorite nail salon go downhill since I’ve been gone. Time to look for a new favorite because I will never be returning after that mess!
