Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to get a full set I was charged 60 dollars for something I usually pay 45 everywhere else! Because of length the woman who did my nails i told her I didnt like the coffin shape she was doing that i wanted pointier she she she couldnt do it which is weird everywhere else has done it and actually might have to go some where else so they can fix this because am not happy!! I went to get a full set I was charged 60 dollars for something I usually pay 45 everywhere else! Because of length the woman who did my nails i told her I didnt like the coffin shape she was doing that i wanted pointier she she she couldnt do it which is weird everywhere else has done it and actually might have to go some where else so they can fix this because am not happy!! I paid $15 for a Gel Manicure on my natural nails. I like the price, but the nail tech was a little fast. Before I got a chance to say no, she started to trim my nails. I wish my nails weren’t as short, but they’ll grow back .

My mom went there and she had the most horrible experience ever. First off the cleanliness of the place is down the dumps. She told me that they do not clean chairs and tables after they finish with a client, their workplaces are cluttered and the floor is dirty. Then the cherry on top was that the workers there starting arguing in front of her. They were shouting at each other in their native language and though my mother kept asking them what was wrong they kept escalating the situation. The workers physically started each other in front of my mom and four other clients, pulling each other’s hair in the frenzy. My mom urges that everyone avoid this unprofessional “business” at all cost.

first time going here , love the way this lady did my eybrows ! but it’s a LONG wait, i set up an appointment for 4:30pm to get 1 eyebrow wax, 1 pedicure and 2 full sets done for my friend and I. my eyebrows and toes were done right when i got there but they didn’t start doing the full sets till around 7:30pm or 8pm i left at 9pm from the salon. if they were so busy and they had so many people before me they should’ve told me they weren’t available at that time but they didn’t. love the service but it’s just too long of a wait.
