I love this shop. Everyone is very hospitable and the environment is very pleasant. Patrick did my nails and Anna did my pedicure. They were both very polite and professional, and they did an awesome job. I am always satisfied when I leave their shop. If you’re looking for a nail salon, I highly recommend Luxury Nails. I had a great experience here. It was clean and the people were nice. However, my gel started peeling and chipping only 3-4 days after I got them done. Plus, I was at work meetings so I wasn’t being hard on them or in a lot of water. The color was so pretty but I feel like it was a waste of money to go here. Normally my nails last 2-3 weeks.

My daughter and I got our nails done two weeks ago and loved them so we decided to return today for a fill. Everything was great until we go to the front to pay. I knew it was $40 for a fill, but then she starts up charging for length and shape. The fill is for length and our nails are already shaped. I started questioning the ladies and stated I wasn’t paying all the up charges because it wasn’t right. They just started talking to each other in their language and couldn’t explain the reason for any of these extra changes. I will not be returning and will not recommend this place because they rip you off! It’s shady and should not be done to customers!

Never again!! Worse experience ever! I’ve never had an issue at any nail salon, and I’ve tried so many. At this one, I was so surprised that that the guy was very rude and the nail shape was horrible! I thought maybe it was just me but my sisters said they had similar experiences and that their nails were obviously crooked and messy. They’ve stopped going too.

For my pedicure and acrylic full set with gel polish it was $95. The same services in Seattle would not have cost any more than $60. Considering everything is supposed to be cheaper here and people make less money, that is on the steep side.They sit you pretty quickly. My boyfriend and I both got books with the services that they offered and the cost. I ended up with a standard pedicure which in the book indicates is $25 plus $20 for gel, $45 plus a full set That was $30 plus $20 for gel , there’s $50. So that’s $95. My boyfriend ended up getting a $45 to Lux nails pedicure which included a manicure.We spent $155 for the services that did not include the tip. I do think it’s a bit weird to charge an extra $40 for gel polish. I know a lot of businesses are just re-opening due to the Covid pandemic and there have been a lot of people that have lost money because their businesses were closed so I don’t know if this has something to do with It.
