I went to this nail salon on 11/17. By 11/21 all of my gel manicure has fallen off. After paying $130 plus tip for a gel mani/pedi, I’d expect it to last longer than 4 days! Will not be returning. Pedicure, Gel manicures

The eyebrow wax services was not good and they need to make sure the area is clean and sanitized. I experienced an allergy from the wax and I did let them know – he was nice about it. I think wax was old or something – review is for eyebrow waxing issue.

My favorite nail salon. I drive from Crowley to go to luxury nails. Outstanding nail technicians. They even do bling nails. I have been here twice now. Great, friendly environment. Best nails I’ve ever had done. Photos included

My friend and I went here and they got us in immediately but took forever to do our nails. Both my friend and I had fingers that started bleeding while they were doing our nails. The lady that did my nails got a different polish that was several shades lighter than the one I picked out. My friend’s nail shape was squared when she showed a picture that clearly had them rounded. For the expensive price it was terrible quality. Would not recommend and will not be back.

I was totally disappointed. They messed my nails up so bad I couldn’t even pick anything up for two weeks and still can’t touch certain things with out my nail beds hurting and splitting because they took the file to them and made them so short and thin. Now 3 weeks later my nails are still suffering because I went back to get them taken off and a lady took care of me that time and the way the lady took them off scrubbing with a metal tool and filing even more. They did not even have the decency to offer anything as an apology to make things right and they did not give a refund. I won’t ever go back there again……You should remember and I know I have the right place. A man did my nails and they began chipping before I even made it home. And a woman took them off. It was the most horrific experience.

I have now waited the whole time as my mom got her nails done by another lady. As well as the lady that came in and I was asked to move for. Also There was a break during my moms her lady said she would be back then went and did a wax.Then finally the other lady came over and and even though I did show a picture at first to a different lady was told this is extra that is extra. Today was my first visit here. My other usual place hadn’t been able to fit me in for manicure appointments lately. I even tried last time with someone I usually don’t use but she didn’t do as good of a job as others I like. I decided to try a new place and they got me right in today! Deanna did a fantastic job on my gel manicure and paid great attention to detail which I appreciate very much. Unlike many other manicurists these days, she actually massaged my hands and arms at the end for a few minutes rather than skipping. She made sure each nail looked great! I also had a chair massage by Hailey which was great too! I will definitely be back.
