This place was dirty. Nail dust was everywhere. The towels you lay your hands on were covered in old nail dip. There was exposed piping. Chemicals were laying on top of warped plastic cabinets that were piled in the corner. The man doing my nails did not seem to know what he was doing. They reuse materials to remove dip nails. They didn’t remove all of the dip before trying to put the new dip on. I’ve never walked out of a nail shop before but this was necessary. Cost $15 to remove dip. I’m surprised this place is still open.

I really loved the quality of nails and the facial treatments. But, the more I went back, the less friendly they become and tried to rush through and get us out. The picture on the left is what they did to my daughter. They made excuses…her face is shaped that way, she blinked, blah, blah, blah. I called them out. They refused to fix her eyebrows! We went to the Durant Institute school and they fixed Luxury Nails screw up! We will never spend another dime there.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in and asked for my nails to be trimmed, they were done uneven and when I asked to make them even she started yelling at me about cutting my nail off cause she didn’t originally do them. She refused to fix the crooked trim and charged me for it, I told her I wouldn’t be back.
