You can see the chunk she took out of my thumb and the blood from around multiple fingers. When I say my fingers are mutilated it’s not an understatement. I just went in to get my previous nails taken off’ and ended up having my fingers ruined. There won’t be a next time. Enjoy the tip- get better employees don.

Terrible. I have never left a bad review on any website. I asked the guy multiple times to be more gentle bc he was hurting me, then right after that he made my fingers bleed. He then said “it’ll be fine in 2-3 days. I said “It just hurts and those tools probably haven’t been cleaned in awhile”, which he responded with “yeah”. Also, it took 2hrs.
