I’ve been going here awhile, but this last time really infuriated me. “Vicky” messes something up every time. I have never in my life had short nails. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place doesn’t even deserve a one star. Bad experience from start to finish. The nail technician wouldn’t listen to anything I said nor fix what was wrong with the nails during putting them on even after I told him multiple times to straighten them and clean up around the nails. Now just two days later they are chipping off and no longer shiny. Looks like I had them for over two weeks not just two days. I told them on checkout that he messed them up and tried to show them and they wouldn’t do anything about it not even a sorry. I will never be back and I will tell everyone never to go to them.
