Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuewent to this place for a filling an get my daughter a manicure an gel polish I was very upset the way I was treated.The filling was not all way filled in the right way an when she removed the previous color she was rushing that it still left the color on nail in some spots like in the picture previous color was black an Diamonds. An when I told her I wanted diamonds on certain nails she was kind of hesitant like it was to much work! Not mention I seen people go in an out she was working on me an stopped to work on others which I didn’t mind but when it came to paint the color I wanted she said “YOU PAY BEFORE I PAINT” as If I wasn’t going to pay she never asked any of the other lady’s to pay before her service so it kind of was like stereotyping us!! An when I handed her 100 bill she said she didn’t have change an total was 85 an 10tip so I told her that’s fine I’ll use my debit card instead! I came home upset I’ll never return back to this place ever again my money’s just as green as everyone else’s! Critical: Quality, ValueI went to this place around 2pm. No other customers where there. The nail tech rushed my nails. She kept recommending more services after I agreed to 1 upcharged. Very pushy. I will never return. I have told so many others not to get services done here. Poor job.Service: Acrylic nails

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityOPEN ON A SUNDAY!!! The #1 reason my sister and I stopped to try this shop. Hundreds of colors to choose from! They clipped my toenails perfectly! Massaging chair was nice for a pedicure. The leg massage was a bit fast but otherwise I’m perfectly satisfied! I had a gel French Tip pedicure and my sister had gel toenails and acrylic nails put on. Happy we stumbled upon Luxury Nails! I didn’t put good value bc I have no idea how much they cost yet. OPEN ON A SUNDAY!!! The #1 reason my sister and I stopped to try this shop. Hundreds of colors to choose from! They clipped my toenails perfectly! Massaging chair was nice for a pedicure. There were no prices posted anywhere so I assumed they were comparable to others but instead was charged double. She spent less than 5 minutes on each of us and filed the nails so fast it filed the skin off. This salon is the worst I have ever been to. I took my daughter for her birthday and was charged $25 per children’s manicure. There were no prices posted anywhere so I assumed they were comparable to others but instead was charged double.
