Been wanting to have my nails done for a long time. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, and it was quite busy. Didn’t have to wait too long. Very pleased with results. Went back on a Wednesday morning, and not very busy, and the service was very good. Just went today not long after they had opened and not busy. Husband and wife very friendly, and we’re waiting for the rush to come in. Didn’t have to wait long. I have not had an unpleasant experience here, and I intend on going back.

So me and my friend went to get pedicures today! 1st when we got there only 1 person was working.. no biggie.. another worker came in about 11:20 and the shop was already getting pretty busy. Still no big deal.. we were there for prob 2 hours waiting and getting just pedicures. So my friend got the regular polish pedicure which was $35.. I had asked the guy how much the gel polish with pedicure would be and he said I have to check.. never let Me know.. so the guy did my pedicure.. then left me sitting there to go do someone else’s nails.. still not a huge deal even though my friend was already done and we waited an additional 20min just for them to paint my toes.. finally got my toes polished with gel by the girl. Went to check out and it was $99… so they charged me $29 additional dollars for gel polish?!? That is crazy… I would have gotten the regular polish if I knew the uncharge was so much more.. I can see an additional $15 whatever.. but this was ridiculous.. the pedicure was definitely not worth $64 and I will NOT be back nor do I recommend this place..

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was soaking my feet and painting. Nothing else. No biggie – figured it was cheaper version. Then the gel manicure. Not only did she keep messing up to the point that she has to file my nails down till they hurt, but the gel is uneven and has hair in it. I chatted with the lady nicely. She still charged me full price $70 and told me to come back if I wanted. No apology. No attempt to make it right. I’ve tried to find out who management is with no luck. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for a gel set and my nails came out so lumpy the sides of my nails don’t even have acrylic on them. There is stuff stuck in my nails. I asked for DARK red and got hot pink. She almost broke my nail filing so hard after she messed it up. She rushed through my nails so bad that she was done in like 10 minutes and didn’t even try and drill the top so they came out really lumpy. Lastly there were obvious regulars in there that she was calling by name so I know they were regulars and I was treated so different. I had to sit and wait for an hour !!!!! And she only had one other client !?? So she took that long on the regulars nails but was done with mine in less than 30 minutes I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. $70 for the worst job I’ve ever had done. This was the most appalling experience. First, they are rude, barely greeting their customers except to ask what it is that is wanted. I am a nurse and was shocked that all tools, including fingernail files are used by any and everyone. This place is a breeding ground for bacterial infection. The lady that was doing my nails skipped steps and was very rushed. I will never recommend this place nor will I EVER GO BACK!!
