I should of known the moment I walked in I should of walked out there was literally no people there getting their nails done I was the only one and while I was getting my nails done no one ever walked in and sure enough he did a horrible job. My nails are bumpy and he didn’t even file them straight the man hand was shaking uncontrollably. I do not recommend this place.

It’s ok. They are very unprofessional about speaking their native language. You can honestly tell that they would speak something negative in Chinese about everyone that walks through the door two of the workers, the owner had left for a short while and they were the only 2 there running their mouths. Before, I left another Asian female came in, she seemed to be very nice. She spoke and everything, basically once she got settled in she started cleaning up and staying to herself. I stated to say something but then they would pretend that they didn’t understand so I just gave them a dirty look.

I drove over 20 mins to this location because they listed they their close time as 8p, only to pull up and they were closed and it was 6:30. That is extremely unprofessional and with the price of gas I’mnot happy about this wasted time.

I was pretty disappointed in the level of service received. I stopped in for a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. I will say they were able to get me in quickly, but I felt rushed throughout the entire experience. My water was scolding hot. My pedicure was very basic and my manicure was terrible. My fingernails are unevenly shaped along with paint being in the crevices of my nail. The tech was holding my fingers very tight where it was causing pain to my hand. I will most certainly not return.

Critical: QualityI won’t say that this location isn’t clean, professional, and fast… just the quality of the nails is horrible!! I ask for a full set no chip American manicure I paid the price which was 40 but.. I didn’t get what I ask for the acrylic gel was laid on too heavy I don’t have the desired shape and every time I made a request on my nails I was ignored n I believe insulted in another language.. then on top of it all they used pink instead of the proper colors used for my desired style I don’t mind paying but not for what I don’t like (I won’t b back)I won’t say that this location isn’t clean, professional, and fast… just the quality of the nails is horrible!! The staff there can care less about how they preform the pedicures. Second they don’t go above any beyond the cleaning. The elder lady’s give you the stink face when you have requests, which makes me feel uncomfortable. I’ve given them a few redemptions,but I am definitely never going back. Hopefully the manager can hire decent staff.

I love this place! They always do so well on my nails. Been going here for a few months now and refuse to go to any other place. They are very sweet and always precise! Not to mention it is extremely cheap. Definitely recommend.
