I had a very bad experience here!! I made an appointment and came in on time. They told me that the person I request is not available. The person that I ended up with did an awful job. Not only that she charge me too much. The job she did on my nails was sloppy! On top of that!! One of my nails broke the same day!! I called them and they told me I can get it fixed for free! I came back two days later to fix it. The same lady charges me to fix it. This place is so unprofessional. I am so disappointed. These nails were supposed to be for my graduation photoshoot. But I am too embarrassed by them to even take pictures with them. This is the nail she fixed.

First time customer here, went in there specifically asking for Laura (recommendation from a friend) and was not disappointed. I showed her a picture and she was able to recreate it perfectly. The wait time was not too long. My only complaint is the price. I’m not against paying for quality work but in my opinion my set shouldn’t of cost as much as it did, I paid $70.

I have time…as I wait for this train. There is nothing luxury about it! 2- stars because the manager was attentive and empathetic and they did take precaution measures during this pandemic. Plexiglass, temperature check, pedicure liners and mask. The floors were unmaintain, the stations were un-kept. Do NOT go to the tech w/ the heart tattoo on his hand. During my pedicure, he was so focus on everyone else, to the point I was uncomfortable. My manicure…well let’s just say…I will not return. He was extremely sloppy with polishing. The gel light burned everytime due to polish being on my skin. My nails are not properly filed and I continuously had to ask him to correct certain things. When getting a mani/pedi, I shouldn’t have to micromanage you…I should be relaxing and releasing any stress. The clientele was diverse and there is parking – but for $60 …if you have natural nails – I would definitely not recommend! Highly disappointed.

I used to come here constantly almost 2 years ago and I loved it. I recommended it to my friend and her sister. The 3 of us made an appointment, only 1 of us got in on time, the other 2 had to wait a while. Overall nails were just ok. I had a design in mind but when it was done I didn’t like it, good thing it wasn’t all the way done and it was just 3 nails. I told the tech I didn’t want that and I got attitude right away. I was as nice as possible so that was not right at all. My nails were also left very sharp, when I told the tech, the manager said they were fine. They were not, I had to file them myself. My nails were $65 I need to love them for that price. My friend paid $85 for her dip powder nails and it chipped 1 day later. Definitely not returning, I will be looking for a new place to go to.

Leo did a wonderful job on my No-chip Manicure and Hot Stone Pedicure. As a prior nail tech, i can say that he did a good job on the cuticles, painting, and overall attention to detail. I would definitely come back.

I love my nails BUT I wish I couldn’t done them longer lol tip for next time. I would’ve giving a 5 star but the guy who did my pedicure didn’t do a good job of painting my toe nails he was messy and had to clean them 3 TIMES! Next time I’ll go with someone else do my pedicure but over all I like it . Only thing I don’t like is that it’s sooo pricing! I don’t mind spending but dam it was to much for something so simple .

I paid $40 and gave the man 60 and I asked for change. He took the whole 60 and when I asked where my change was he acted dumb. I look young and they tried to take advantage. My nails fell within the week and overall I did not feel comfortable after I confronted them about STEALING my money. Stay away from this place. Paradise nails is nicer and they won’t pretend to not know where your change went.

I received the most unprofessional, unfriendly and horrible service ever. My eyebrows were waxed incorrectly, she rushed on my manicure, didn’t even provide me any lotion. I had to ask the other technician for assistance.
