Luxury nails was the first place I ever got acrylic nails done. I LOVE them! Sophie did an incredible job—I got to the salon early and she was able to get me in almost right away. Ana did an amazing job of fixing what was wrong and worked with me to come up with a very cute design. She was patient and professional as she cleaned up a mess someone else had made of my nails. Great service, quality work and reasonable prices! I went in having gotten a disastrous manicure from another shop. Ana did an amazing job of fixing what was wrong and worked with me to come up with a very cute design. She was patient and professional as she cleaned up a mess someone else had made of my nails. The price was very reasonable. I will be back!

I showed them a picture of what I would’ve liked to give an idea, this is what they did to my nails. I said “I hate them” and they made them even worse. They just kept using more and more dip powder, and then told me it was “too late” to start over,” they made me leave the salon looking like this. Don’t ever try an ombré there. They RUINED my nails and I was absolutely disgusted and crying the whole way to another salon in minneapolis. They were SHOCKED to see what luxury had done to me. I will never step foot in this place again.

This salon would receive zero stars if it was an option. Today we had the worst consumer experience ever at Luxory Nails. The staff was rude, impatient, and one tech was actually mean to my Daughter. She was getting a pedicure and her nail tech was actually causing her pain and getting frustrated when she asked her to stop. She used the dremel and burned my Daughters finger nails. My Daughter was given a bowl of acetone and cotton balls and told to take off her own dip nails. I decided the shop was not going to do her nails after this and they tried to charge me for my Daughter taking off HER OWN nails. The nail tech was so rude and awful to my Daughter for no reason. When she was done with her pedicure she didn’t even tell her she was finished and just walked away. She quickly came back looking for money from her though. Whoever owns this shop should be ashamed of this employee and how the shop is run. The Manager answering the phones at station 1 was also extremely rude. I took my Daughter to a shop up the road and we had a wonderful experience. They were in shock at how they left my Daughters nails. Do not waste your money here!!!!

I brought my 86 year old mom, who has Alzheimer’s, here on Labor Day for a pedi along with myself. I will admit they did a good job on our toes, and were very quick, less than 30 minutes. However, my mom’s tech was not very kind. I asked him to cut my mom’ large toe shorter, and he responded “I’m doing this now.” Never did cut them shorter. Followed by my mom ruining one of her big toes polish as she was sliding it under the drying machine. He was noticeably annoyed and while fixing it stated “that’s why I said she should have gel. ” Probably won’t be back.

I have never been here before but I went in to have them fix my nails I had done at another salon a couple days before and I was so happy with my nails. Helen was so sweet and gave me exactly what I asked for and made sure I was happy with them at every step. I definitely will be returning to Luxury Nails!
