If you want a quick manicure or pedicure, this place will do.If you want quality acrylics, DO NOT GO HERE! I had an appointment yet somehow people who walked in got service faster than me. I didn’t get service until 30 minutes after my appointment time. I wanted medium to long nails and they gave me short nails. They couldn’t polish my French evenly, so I ended up removing it and just getting a solid color. But even that was painted on poorly. I wanted a super simple black French tip. What a nice experience! Was in town for a wedding and didn’t know where to go to get my nails done. The salon was the closest place to where I was staying. Walked in without an appointment and had no problem getting my nails done. Everyone who worked here was friendly and did a good job. Clean bathrooms. Dip powder

SERVICE SUCKS: technicians do not listen to your requests, they do an unfinished job of cleaning up the nails and cut skin. Files nails all the way down and rush their work, worker had attitude when messing up my nails. -10/10 Manicure

I had an appointment set with one of the techs and he was still with another client when I arrived. He asked if his coworker could perform the service and of course I said that was fine. Im not a super picky person. However, when the other gentleman did my nail service, he drilled to hard, my nails were crooked, and he over filled the sides. He also drilled my natural nail underneath and I have been working hard to grow then out. When it came time to polish, he sent me to another tech so he could start on someone else, and I had mentioned that the nails were crooked, he said the other guy will take care of it. I mentioned it again with the other gentleman, and they were still noticeably crooked. The nail thickness was also not consistent. Some of the nails were thicker than a nickle, and some were super thin. I am not one to leave reviews, but the quality and the shuffling was bad customer service. As someone who works in customer service, I have never felt so undervalued as a client and have never been this unsatisfied.

I really enjoy going to Luxury Nails. I have gotten multiple acrylic sets, acrylic fills, and pedicures done. Each time my nails have been great quality, and have lasted a long time. The environment is clean and organized, and the staff are very kind!

Far from luxury nails, I had a reservation and sat in a pedicure chair for 40 minutes before they even put water in the bowl…when it came time to do my REGULAR pedicure, I didn’t even get my feet scraped to be smooth! I wanted a French tip which looks absolutely horrendous, not to mention every single one of my toes is cut open from how aggressive she was trying to trim my cuticles… Then I sit down for a gel manicure and once again all of my fingers are chopped up and when I tell her it hurts she ignores me, all of my fingernails have bubbles in them and then she filed my completed nails and pulled up the gel polish on the corners so I’m sure I’ll be able to peel my finger nail polish off of my nails after washing my hands! $90 for these two services is absolutely over priced and I will never be back again….

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I came in with my husband the owner Alex did my nails he was very upset and rude the whole time I was confused I had done nothing to him. He was filing and drilling my nails hard and it hurt. He drilled my nails the wrong shape very quickly and when I told him the shape was wrong he proceeded to say that he wasn’t going to correct it and it wasn’t his problem. He did what I had told him. Even though that was far from the case. Another lady came over to save him and tried to appease the situation. I was going to stay because my nails were half done but to just decided to go somewhere else and not spend nah money. Don’t even waste your time !
