They don’t keep the pricing sheet out for public display, but I knew pricing given my family comes all the time; as early as a couple days ago. Lack of pricing transparency aside, the final product is terrible. This may be the worst no-chip I’ve ever received – extremely uneven and unpolished. They even charged me a $5 “design fee” for adding the dot, which I should make note, isn’t even centered on a couple of my nails. I asked not for a refund, but if they could please redo it correctly and the manager was unwilling to even hear me out, saying he’d remove and refund the money/I can go somewhere else.
