My technician was wonderful, it was a little pricey but she did a very good job. However, somehow I lost my EarPods in the store. I walked in about 15 minutes before closing and the owner was beyond rude to me I showed him on my phone that my EarPods were in the store. He refused to help me would not call my technician told me to “come back tomorrow “which is a Sunday and they’re closed and I’m gone for 2 weeks.I spent 120.00 There and he couldn’t be bothered to take one minute to help me locate my AirPods so a either he stole them or be is just horrible a customer service. I would go to Wanda again but not the store

Quite possibly the worst pedicure I have ever seen and I definitely don’t recommend this nail salon. If I could give this nail salon 0/5 stars I would. I went with my mom and sister for the first time this afternoon, and we all received pedicures. We called ahead to make sure we were seated at the same time, but it took almost 20 minutes for any of us to get started. The woman who worked on my mother’s nails was clearly incompetent. The entire time one of the other employees had to walk her through the process as it was very obvious she had not been properly trained. Once our nails were finished we were rushed out and it was obvious they wanted us to leave. After we got home we noticed that my mom’s nails weren’t completely painted, everything was smudged, and there was a significant amount of nail polish on her skin. Needless to say this was the worst pedicure we have ever seen. She could have done a better job herself and not have paid the $28. This place is completely over priced for the quality of work you receive. We will NEVER return to this nail salon.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueStaff is really nice but the quality of service is terrible. I went there and got a acrylic gel fill w/ 2 designed nails(simple flames) and gel deluxe Pedicure and it came up to about $120-130. Within 2 days after getting my nails done my gel polish peeled off of one nail & a nail broke . Day 3 I had 2 more nails break when I put on my shoe and by scratching my arm. They didn’t do a great job at all if it breaks so easily! I went to get it fix she fixed it for free but she refused to put my design back on the new nail. I paid extra for that design and my nails that are supposed to last 2 weeks lasting 3-4 days…I won’t be going back. Unclean place, the charged $40 for fill and polish. Place doesn’t have clean tools I noticed reuse of nail clips and other tools with out been properly sanitized. Gentlemen that helped wouldn’t stop coughing and didn’t seem to be paying attention to healthy hazards. Manicure refill was ok not sure to be back with this been said
