My wife needed a few things attended to, she has used Luxury nails in the past so she decided on a quick visit. As a walk in her technician had her in a chair very quickly. The tech addressed her concerns in a very meticulous and caring manner. My wife felt she was very thorough and professional. Highly recommend!

After entirely too many bad manicures lately, I decided to try this place on a whim. I’m sooo glad did! I took my 3 year old with me to get her nails painted with gel, and a full set for me. Lisa took her time and was so gentle. I cannot believe how beautiful my nails came out. The shape is literally perfect. I will be a forever customer!

I absolutely loved my experience at this place. As an over the road truck driver I don’t get a lot of time to pamper myself. Had to put my rig in the shop for repairs and stumbled into this place…..maaaaan am I glad I did! I walked in and was immediately escorted to a chair. I didn’t know which package to choose so I just met in the middle(lol) with the $40 deluxe package. I swear I fell asleep during the warm towel and leg massage, but she woke me up when she hit the bottom of my feet lolol(I’m extremely ticklish on my feet). Overall the experience was great and I would def recommend a visit. I’ll def be returning!

My granddaughter called to get her nails done at 2:10pm and they said to come in at 2:30, we went at 2:30 and they said there were only 2 people working so come back at 3:30. So we went back at 3:18 and they said person who walked in before us had 3:30 appointment so come back tomorrow. Won’t be going back there again. Took her to Lee nails in the Lake City mall and she got right in. Wish I could give 0 stars because they were very rude and they don’t close till 5:30

So so happy!!! I’ve had acrylics for about 2 decades now. I’m very picky on who does my nails. This place is omg awesome!!! Little bit on the higher end price wise but you get what you pay for. I usually go to Jax for nails (an hour away) but I’m thinking this place will be my new home.

The nail technicians are always nice. Not sure why but when I get gel it always lifts within the first week. Not really blaming the spa because it happens every time I get gel. Dip is a little better but still doesn’t last long for me either. Great atmosphere.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI took my father as a surprise to this place and they were very unprofessional. He’s a 74 years old Senior and wanted his feet done. They placed us at the two dirty areas which hadn’t been clean with no plastic. Yet the other customers, all had plastic coverings over their foot tubs. Then two of the employees stood in front of my Dad arguing who going to do his feet next. Wish I had a picture of how dirty and nasty the seats and foot tub look like today. They’re friendly, but my nails didn’t come out good. They painted over my cuticles and the top coat they used for my gel nails had a green tint to it that made my nail color look really strange. My nails were a lumpy hot mess. I felt that overall she rushed through it and if she would’ve taken her time they would’ve came out much better.
