firstly i waited 2 hours and got skipped multiple times, then i asked for a new set bc my nails were lifting and i wanted color this time and he asked me “why” and i said bc i don’t want french tips again which is what i originally had, i want full color and he insisted he could cover the french tips with the polish, then i showed him a picture of what i wanted simple green with 2 nails zebra striped and he made both hands look completely different from one another and then smudged the polish on one finger and left it went ahead and clear coated over it and left me like that.

Mr. Long or Lee his name did my nails I sat for an hour an half and I told him I wanted a full set and this is what he gives me not what I wanted and telling I was late getting there umm you could’ve told me from the beginning you think!!!! Made appt but still didn’t get seated until 30 minutes after appt time.Then sat in chair for twenty minutes with no water for foot soak. Tech finally remove partial gel off toes and then goes outside for a smoke break! Feet in water less than two minutes total and then finished pedicure. Worst EVER! The gal next to me asked if they would get our water going and they ignored and walked away! I still have manicure to be done and I’m over it. I go every two weeks religiously and this is my first and last time at this one!
