The level of service and customer service is exceptional. Hannah is a true artist with manicures and nail art. Prince administers the best Pedicure in the CSRA. A recent renovation provides a tranquil environment to take a nap while you get a pedicure. The salon is maintained Exceptionally clean. If you need a manicure or pedicure in a clean salon with exceptional customer service and technicians, then make an appointment at Luxury nails in Evans with Hannah and Prince. Overall it was a very nice experience considering I was a walk-in. Hannah was very friendly and kind. My nails look beautiful, my cuticles however could have been better. For the price of the SNS nail service I think a little more attention to the cuticles and a nice moisturizing quick hand massage is fitting. The “manicure” aspect of this specific service leaves much to be desired.

My experience with Luxury Nails span many years. I followed Hannah and Prince from another salon to their salon because of the service and professionalism they showed me. So we are in an almost 5 year customer care relationship!! They are the best!! Hannah knows nail health and she advises based on her care and knowledge, which goes beyond just making a dollar!! She shows great concern for each customer and I’m glad I’m in the number. Prince, her husband, is my favorite for pedicure and feet services!! He gives the best massage and takes pride in giving a professional gel finish to my toes!! I get compliments on hands and feet no matter where I go!! In observation, I notice that all of her staff follow their leadership!! It’s a pleasant and comfortable place to receive services, and I never feel like they are rushing!! I know I’m going to be in a calm and relaxing environment when my appt day arrives!

Absolutely incredible nail salon! Hands down best pedicure you could ask for- all the relaxation and luxury included! I get my nails done regularly by Hannah and they stay on for so long, are beautiful, and very worth the prices!
