The nail tech did a horrible job on my feet. This was my first and last time visiting with them…I’m so disappointed. Money wasted and the fact that they don’t care. The more dissatisfied customers will cost you to loose in the end. If we are paying for a service that you provide, it’s your job to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I’d first like to say that the customer service was great. I sm not taking anything away from how I was treated. With that being said, the nail tech who did my nails did a horrible job. I got one color, SNS, short. The color is uneven, my nails are uneven AND my nails are not straight. He tried to take off $5 but I said $10 after showing him what was wrong. He was very kind and accepted the payment. I would NEVER go back there again. It was a waste of time and money.

It took almost 5 hours just for myself to get my finger nails done and my friend to get her finger and toe nails done, and it was more expensive than our usual price. We were told if anything happens to come back for a free fix. I broke a nail a few days after and showed up to get it fixed and was told I would have to come back later, even though no one was in the shop with 2 nail techs present and I explained I would not be available to do so. They pretty much shrugged their shoulders and said oh well. Can’t believe I paid extra for such terrible service.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I was traveling from FL and gave a picture of my desired nail design….the lady told me I couldn’t do dip, I had to do it another way. I told her whatever it takes to achieve the look…..2 hours later, she says I tried to help you, I ended up with 1 solid color nails. Because of the timing, I had no choice a d it was NYE weekend, so disappointed
