I was seated quickly and a young woman who spoke good English assisted me (I point this out because she translated for the other employees). She did a very nice job on my pedicure following that she gave me a manicure as well. She was detail oriented and did not rush. Very pleased with her service and will go back to her.

I’ve been coming to this place, the older woman does her job like someone who doesn’t like it, it’s a superficial cleanliness, very poor in quality, I’ve told the young woman that I don’t like it and she ignored me, when I repeated it thinking no I had heard this, she replied in a very bad and rude way, I heard ! , but she never replied sorry or how can I fix it. she just ignores, when i asked her if she was mad for telling her she ignored me and she pouted. As for the cleanliness of the place, it is always dirty full of dust, the pedicure chairs are very dirty. I will leave some photos so that you can see for yourselves what I say.

I’ve been a customer here for two years eyebrows and pedicures. My daughter and I was scheduled for an eyebrow wax and a fill in for myself. The service was horrible my nails were half polished so I pointed out what needed to be polish. She applied another coat of gel polish on top of the top coat and two previous coats of polish. The gel polish is currently peeling off due to being so thick and not to mention the bubbles in the polish. LAM has waxed my brows for years so since I complained about my nails she refused to wax our eyebrows which is fine because they didn’t deserve the $47 I paid for my nails let alone an extra $24 for our eyebrows. If I could rate a 0 I would….I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN.

GO TO DORMAN NAILS. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They have very poor customer service!! I asked for a fill in and the lady told me that you don’t get a fill in with dip powder you take it off. I told her that dip powder can be filled in but she said again that dip powder cant be filled in instead of saying that they couldn’t do it. The lady in the back yelled in front of all the customers and said WELL THATS FINE JUST GO BACK TO WHERE YOU GOT IT DONE BECAUSE WE’RE NOT DOING IT HERE. It was rude and embarrassing. Be respectful to your customers or start begging for 5 Star reviews. There’s no excuse for this stuff.

This is my second time getting my nails done here and they are perfect. The service was fast and very professional. My nails were done exactly as I asked. I got gel polish on my natural nails, with a beautiful color recommended by the staff. They are soo kind. Affordable pricing. They have very loyal clients because this is a great atmosphere and they are skilled nail technicians.

I’ve been here a couple times so far, they do a decent job on pedicures but hard to make them listen to what you want I like short nails on my feet so I have to tell them repeatedly. The bad review is for their scheduling. I called and asked when I could be fitted in with my sister she said in 2hrs then I ask if can make an apt she says in 2hrs I’m like guarantee ? She’s like maybe 20 minutes later I’m like can you give me a guarantee you’ll fit me in though? She’s like I can’t, I’m like I need a guarantee and she’s like we can’t make an apt if you’re not willing to wait. So basically if someone else shows up my apt is worthless

ignore the bad reviews!! i came in after work on a Saturday and they got me out in about an hour and a half as a walk in! they are cheap; for acrylics to be removed and redone it was only 70! i was short $5 too; and they insisted it was fine! Dip powder

I took my 85 year old Mother for a mani pedi. When I paid, the price I was given did not match the price on the wall sign but I paid it without fussing. A few days later Mother complained of one of her toes hurting. We looked and they did a horrible job trimming her nails. My wife trimmed them. We usually go to another salon but tried here because it was close to her home. Never again, we will drive to the Westside.

I had to return to get my nails shallac fixed. He rushed! The lady took her time my nails still look good two weeks later. I would go back but ask for the same person.
