Critical: Quality, ValueI do NOT recommend this place.They’re highly overpriced. To begin with, the lady didn’t even do basic nail prep to start with. I kept asking if she would trim my cuticles or at least push them back, to which she kept replying “later,” which wasn’t until the end, after the top coat was applied. A fresh set shouldn’t look like they need to be filled in. Cuticle oil? Nope. Even after the lady made a comment about my dry cuticles. The nails are bumpy, uneven. Nail lengths vary, none the same. My nails are pink with a very inconsistent, linear transition “ombre” to white. I never asked for pink. I asked for clear. After looking at the price chart, I know why… Pink and white are higher priced. I expect better from a nail salon, especially for $60. The price list that’s hanging on the wall has been written over multiple times, leaving the numbers open to interpretation, not in your favor. I could list other things, but I’m trying to keep it simple and short. They also give you the files and such that were used on you, in a baggy, and said there’s a discount if you bring them with you to use the next time. I do NOT recommend this place.They’re highly overpriced. To begin with, the lady didn’t even do basic nail prep to start with. I kept asking if she would trim my cuticles or at least push them back, to which she kept replying “later,” which wasn’t until the end, after the top coat was applied. First time, the lady asked if I was mixed and proceeded to say I was “ like a mutt.” Very rude, but figured she did not mean it like that. Idk.Second time, the guy did not remove all of the old SNS polish off of my nails and then proceeded to do my new SNS powder. My nails were uneven, not smooth and to top it off, mold began to grow under my nail polish due to him not removing it. Had to get new set done very shortly after. WASTE OF MONEY.
