I got a full set and we waited for 3 hours, gave me & my sister the wrong colors, we’re every rude, and they looked outgrown right when she was Finnished cause she didn’t put the stuff all the way down my nail. Definitely NOT WORTH $65. The pic was in the salon you can tell they look outgrown. Acrylic nails

I have been here multiple times and each time had to wait 3+ hours due to “regulars” coming in and sitting down immediately. Once you finally get to sit down they rush to get you out of there the nails never turn out how they’re supposed too. I have called multiple times to make an appointment to avoid this, only to be told (very rudely) there were no appointments available.

Le did phenomenal on my nails and even stayed over on closing to get me taken care of. The pictures show what I asked for vs. what I got. She was patient and even let me confirm if it was the right colors I wanted before she got started on my nails. I couldn’t have gotten them any closer to the picture, if I had done them myself. They turned out perfectly! Thank you for wonderful service! ❤

Sat there for over an hour and a half waiting on them to do my nails. One of the employees were rude towards me. One of the workers were wandering around the store for a good 20 minutes and he would look straight at me and then leave again knowing that I was waiting. I’m a very patient person but it was ridiculous how long I had to wait and the way they would be rude towards me. I’ve heard nothing but good things about this place so I thought I would try them out. Never again.

Critical: Quality, ValueI got a full set. They didn’t have the colors I wanted. Some nails are thicker than the others. He filed my nails after the clear coat and took some of the clear cOat off the sides. I’ve never been to a nail salon that doesn’t put a cuticle oil on after or a hand lotion. Never will I go back $47 for poor nails. Nope never again.

I got a new set of gel nails and an upgraded pedicure. I had an appointment and still waited almost 30 minutes. Anyway, pedicure was ok (not great, feet were still quite rough). Nails were great for about 2 weeks. They are now lifting around the cutacle. Costs over $100 plus tip. Will not go back. Will take the long drive from Summersville to Beckley.

Great place and nice staff. Been coming here for years. Lee does the best designs. Never disapointed. Very relaxing, clean, and comfortable. Massage chairs are available while getting a pedicure. Reasonable prices. Sometimes wait time is long but efficient. Can make appointments and giftcards are available. Covid regulations are also inplace (hand washing, mask wearing, plexi glass).

I have always loved coming here. There aren’t many options for nails near me, the only other option is 25 minutes. I gladly pass up summersville and drive an hour to Fayetteville from Webster county to vcom here. The place is clean and they always give me exactly what I have asked for! I have had full sets, and pedicures at this location and never had a problem. I made the mistake of trying to save gas by going to a place closer to home but that won’t happen again! I love luxury nails. The staff is so friendly and speak the whole time to me. They are always very welcoming and even good to my kids when I had them with me. I love this place!
