This was the worst experience I’ve had. The lady spent 2 hours on my nails just for her to tell me she can’t do a French tip. They looked like bricks and made me pay over 130 dollars. When I said I didn’t like it and wanted my money back they refused. Never coming back here again. Ugliest nails I’ve ever had. Went and got them changed the next day. Please don’t waste your time or money coming here. TRUST me. There’s better quality work and staff that isn’t racist.

Greeted with a simple “hi” when coming in. So my boyfriend and I checked in on the kiosk, was ignored for a whole hour all while other people came in and were immediately serviced. Oh well was excited to get my nails done here, they actually did a good job last time. ♀️

I used to absolutely LOVE this shop….used to. Staff is always friendly. Shop is always immaculately clean. Work is typically pretty good. HOWEVER….lately….*sigh* It’s bad enough having to wait 15 mins after ur appt time to get in a chair. What’s worse??? Finding out FORTY-FIVE mins after ur appt time that ur tech is double booked when their “5 o’clock” sits in the chair. If u have a whole day to give, check them out. However, I won’t be back.

Beware of this business. My card was charged twice. I only had one service performed. I was charged the day of and charged a 2nd time, no service performed. I was at work when card was charged. I love this place my nail technician is Tina ,she always does a wonderful job on my nails, eyebrows and eyelashes I’ve been coming here for year’s and she hasn’t missed a beat very personable when it comes down to my services here as well as the other staff members.
