Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have had my nails done here for many years. I have always found them to be very friendly and attentive. I have even brought my younger daughters here. They give them just as much attention and make them feel like big girls. I always get the luxury pedicure and manicure. I have had my nails done here for many years. I have always found them to be very friendly and attentive. I have even brought my younger daughters here. They give them just as much attention and make them feel like big girls. I always get the luxury pedicure and manicure. My fingers are done as either as gel, gel polish, or dip. I get compliments each time I get seasonal designs.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in asking for a manicure. When they asked me to pick a color I specifically asked if they had regular lacquer color because my nails break after using gel or dip. They said yes so I picked a color and as the technician started to trim my nails she went much lower than I had asked and then I was passed onto another technician where I asked for a reshape because I had asked for rounded nails and she had done square. As he started to get the gel lamp out I said I didn’t want gel and was told they ONLY do gel. I had brought my own color (just in case I didn’t see any colors I liked) so I asked if they could use that or I could go somewhere else. The lady said I was already done so they would use my color this one time… kind of scolding me. Then as I was getting the color on I asked if I could get a design and the technician said yes, but then after he put my color on he said I couldn’t get a design because the technician that does designs was busy with someone else. And on top of that, there was no hand and forearm massage… worst manicure in the 20+ years I’ve been getting my nails done. I went in asking for a manicure. When they asked me to pick a color I specifically asked if they had regular lacquer color because my nails break after using gel or dip.
