The nail artist I had was rough and careless. The nails are chunky, horribly shaped, and not what I asked for. I requested medium length almond shaped nails. They are short and oval even after I clarified. I came to this place because they have affordable prices. I would rather pay 10-15 extra dollars elsewhere for something i like. This is poor quality work. I won’t be returning this to salon and wouldn’t recommend anyone interested in acrylic nails to do so either.

Extremely unprofessional staff. I had an appointment but waited atleast 20 minutes before a nail tech came over. Halfway through she STOPPED doing my nails to take care of an angry walk-in customer, and then I sat and waited another 10-20 minutes before a different nail tech came over to FINISH my nails. Place was dirty, quality of work was poor, and they dont have you wash your hands after filing/before polish. I will not be back.

I recently tried this place due to being new to the area and the Google ratings. I had a good first experience at the shop where I got a gel manicure and pedicure. However, just over a week later, the gel polish on my fingers started chipping away at the bottom. For those of you who get gel polish, you know gel should last for 2-3 weeks with no chipping, especially from the nail beds.

I won’t go n Don’t recommend this place to nobody. I was there today with my daughter did gel mani. I called to know if they where busy they told me to go in an hour n I did. When I got there I still waited for 40 more mins. On top of that the owner of this place did the nails on my daughter, did not do a good job n did not do a full manicure to my daughter. N i ask to redo the heart on my daughter nail cause i didn’t like it n she got bothered. The other lady couldn’t do a heart design on my nail when they actually ask me if i had a picture of it n I did show the picture. She try only once , I didn’t like it and she told me she couldn’t do the heart. She should of ask someone else to do it but she said she couldn’t do it. So I said it was fine. Just got a plain gel color on my nails. So sad and mad with that service and Don’t recommend it to nobody.
