I usually don’t have a problem whenever I come here but I decided to get my feet done the day before my prom. I came in may 13th to get my feet done. When the women was doing my feet she was cutting my toe nails at a weird angle. I usually cut mine straight across because I know if cut around the edges there’s a possibility of getting an ingrown toenail once the nail grows. She made the toenail look rounded. Just a couple days ago my toe started aching and I had just realized today it’s an ingrown toenail. My big toe started getting all red from my nail digging into my skin so I had to do something about it. I’ve never had an ingrown toenail because I take care of my feet and cut my toe nails on a regular basis. It wasn’t until the first time I got my feet done here I get an ingrown toenail. Wouldn’t recommend getting your feet done here.

I’m giving this establishment a 2 star review due to lack of consistency. I received an acrylic full set and an acrylic overlay pedicure. The full set was chunky and the retention lasted 1 week and a half (whereas I’ve had full sets from new Hartford last 3 weeks). The full set was thickly laid and the design was simple yet the worker who had did my design (French tip) couldn’t get the lines clean. Now with the pedicure, my cuticles were not trimmed and it seemed like no one understood an acrylic overlay pedicure, when every other salon knows how to do it. They are very dated and for me to pay $170 after tip I just still find that so ridiculously priced.

This was my first time going. The people were very nice but for how much I paid for my gel manicure, I will probably not go back. It has only been a few days and the polish is chipping a lot, on almost every finger. Also the dayafter my gel pedicure, the polish just completely fell off one toe.

These people messed up my finances nails, how bad do u have to be to make such simple mistakes…. she went to use the rest room and is 8 months pregnant so she took some time, she said 5 minutes, and when she came out of the bathroom the lights were all off and the staff had their coats on, when she notices the thumb was smudged, the refused to fix it because they were closing at 7 pm and it was 656pm….. one and only time I’ll send here there. There are so many places to go now a days we will find a better place. A dime a dozen… that’s why you can’t afford to make mistakes in customer service that large these days, sorry but no. And I guess according to them I made all of this up. WE DONT CLOSE UNTILL 8! WE WOULD NEVER DENY SERVICES TO A CUSTOMER!!!

Have gone many times, they always do a great job but Cece, (believe thats her name chair 3) is the best!! My nails always come out perfect when she does them and she is very friendly. She even went out of her way to show me what the color looked like on a fake nail before applying to my real nails. Definitely recommend! Dip powder, Nail art
