They are great with customer service, good with trying to match what you want, and they take off 5% of the total price if you pay in cash. Also, if you don’t have cash they have an ATM as well! Don’t let them anywhere near your eyebrows. I have naturally full & well shaped brows. I came in for a full set & a pedicure but decided to get my brows done also so I wouldn’t have to stop somewhere else . Terrible mistake. I only needed basic cleaning up. I left with thin uneven brows. So thin they look drawn on. . I’ve never experienced anything like this. one is very noticeably higher than the other one. It’s a disaster. I was so upset I didn’t even get my nails or toes done. It will take months for my brows to grow back

Check and make sure all your nails are filled the same. the older dude is excellent but the rest you better look good. My pedicure is pretty good. I get the paraffin wax.

Went in for a mani-pedi deluxe on the recommendation from a friend. Mani was extremely painful and poorly done. Pedi and it’s accoutrements were good but when I got home I found a sparkly nail polish that I had not selected. Subbing in polishes when you don’t have what is requested has become the local norm. I have been going to this nail salon for the past 6 years. One many occasions one of the other ladies has taken me from another person doing my nails and told me that the other ladies say I’m “picky” and she will do my nails because she likes her nails done a certain way too. Today the same person that did my toes and did a very good job did my acrylic fill which was $35. After telling her that she left some of the previous nail color on my nails that she already acrylic she got very upset and claimed I should have told her mind you I didn’t see it. You’re the professional doing my nails, you should be paying attention. She got very offended and started throwing my hands all over and being very rough. Started telling me her manager will do it. It wasn’t a big deal to me and just wanted to finish my nails. I will never go back to this place as I notice they get very offended if you point out something they did incorrectly. I will take my $150 somewhere else.
