Critical: ProfessionalismThe nails look fine, even though they were not the shape I asked for. The lady never spoke one word , she has no customer service skills. She tried to have me use gel polish when I specifically chose a color that I liked which was not gel and she was trying to convince me to use gel. She polished them quickly and hurt me twice filing because she was busy speaking to another worker , not looking while she filed my nails. The nails look fine, even though they were not the shape I asked for. The lady never spoke one word , she has no customer service skills. She tried to have me use gel polish when I specifically chose a color that I liked which was not gel and she was trying to convince me to use gel.
