Very nice nail salon. I was a walk in on New Years Day. I also changed my nail design when she (Lily) was almost finished, and she was lovely about it instead of upset, and she didn’t charge me for the change. I went with acrylic nail add-ons, and a French Manicure with some glitter for my nails, and gel color for my pedicure. They have massaging chairs, which I always love. Clean, comfortable, friendly, quick, and it was $118 without tip on 1/1/23.

omg…. ive gone here twice. the first time i hated it but i went back hoping to give them a second chance with better results. the guy i got was horrible. he shouldn’t have his license to do nails. he gave me the worst ingrown toenail.. that i have been battling with for over a month now. the paint was so messy and uneven. on one of my other toes i had a fake toe nail on it and i asked him to take it off and he wouldn’t do it. which was really annoying. but overall.. horrible.

I stopped in 10min before they opened. There was only one other guest being worked on and they were able to take me immediately. I only wanted to remove the gel polish off my nails and was told $10 for removal (which to me is standard, was fine & was what I was asked to pay at the end).

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf you are considering using this companies services I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. You would be better off walking in the other direction until your feet rubbed raw and bleed because that is exactly what you will get at Luxury Nails.On 9/24/21 my Fiancé purchased a pedicure treatment at Luxury Nails in the galleria. I was unfortunately not in attendance; if I was I would not have allowed her to pay and demanded a full refund. Attached to my review is a photo of her foot upon returning home. According to her the man who performed the service used a harsh brush combined with violent scrubbing. I am appalled that a licensed business could possibly leave a client in this condition AND have the aplomb to charge for it. As of 8pm the next day she can barely walk even with bandages and local anesthetic.You treated a pregnant woman like this!
