I went in said I need nails done. They started me at 1 pm. It’s 3pm and I’m still waiting with just the tips on. A person came in right after me I understand that she had appointment, but NOT one time did the lady say she was booked back to back!!! I heard her say to another regular client that she had me next it be a wait then they got that lady in before me!!! Yes I understand if your booked up!!! But for me to be started and not finished YES I’m very upset!!!

I just want to say thank you to the two ladies that took care of me yesterday. y’all did an amazing job,an was very patient an kind to me. I’ve never given a 5 star to any business but y’all definitely deserve one. I’ll highly recommend this place an the price was unbelievable within reason.

I take my 5 year old daughter there to get her fingers and toes done on occasion and she loves it. They even have a special chair just for little ones. Would definitely recommend for any mommy/daughter days.Services: Manicure, Acrylic nails, Gel manicures, Pedicure

I won’t be back. This is supposed to be gel, yes a black light was used. I got these done on Friday and by Sunday looked like this on both hands. Payed $40 and these are my real nails not acrylic. What did i pay for? Definitely not gel. I have a feeling the paint was mixed with acetone to water it down. Horrible and wont be back.

They did exactly as I asked. They’re always nice. Have great customer service. They try to give you a good time estimate when waiting, but it’s not always spot on, make an appt. If you can. But otherwise you should be ok.

There are several nail spas in Gatesville, TX. I enjoy going to this one because of the nail tech Nancy. She always works diligently on my nails without ever giving me the feeling of being rushed or just being a number. As long as Nancy works there I will be their customer. The reason I gave a 4 star instead a five is the owners lack of acknowledgement when entering or leaving the place…..almost as if they could not care less.

Critical: QualityI have always had good experience until just recently I’ve had to go back and have my nails fixed after one week. They kept breaking. Went back today to have my nails done and they are so thin I can bend them after being dipped. I told both of the employees in there but all they did was kept shaking their head at me.
