Terrible experience. Was in the area and had some extra time before an appointment, so took a chance on this place. Wish I’d read reviews first. I got a manicure with gel polish and an upgraded pedicure also with gel polish. The pedicure was ok, though they didn’t remove my calluses and my feet are still super rough (was supposed to be part of the upgrade for the pedicure). The polish is somewhat uneven and quite far away from my cuticles so it already looks about a week old/grown out.

Lady was rushing with my nail removal. Did not want to provide service I went in to ask for and removed my nail with a nail which caused pain the entire time of removal. She used a cuticle remover utensil to remove portions of the nail and cut deep into my finger causing bleeding. My fingers are throbbing and my damaged finger may not be able to be serviced until it heals. A rush job and terrible service

Tried them out for Veterans Day the girl could not draw a straight line for an accent nail. Not too mention I was supposed to have gotten a manicure first with cuticle removal, have a chunk removed on my index finger! She couldn’t stay inside the line kept on getting it on my finger and digging her nail in to fix it poorly. Manager told my husband we couldn’t leave without paying ended up paying $30 for both me and my daughter. They get a star for that girl she did do a good job on my daughters nails. HIT AND MISS!

This place is not it! You book an appointment you still gonna wait and then my nails look a hot a** mess! If you go there always ask for the price before they start because they will throw in charges and whenever you ask for them to break it down they can’t and some stuff they charge sounds the same as the other charges on the receipt! They will talk about you in there language and funny thing is I know their language and they were talking about almost every person in there! So I’m not a happy customer and will never return there! I gave them several chances and I am done!

If I could Give this place a zero I would,Ask for a itemize Receipt,..I did get it and they charged me for something that wasn’t Even on there,..Foolish of me For even Paying but I did! I got a A simple Set for medi and pedi,I got a Acrylic with Gel Polish Design but once again it was a Simple one,Gel for my toes I ended up paying Over 150 dollars for Everything,It was Poorly Done. The Woman owner is a Disrespectful worker,..So is the man that did my nails,..I wouldn’t Recommend this place to my Worst enemy,..Even with a appointment I had to wait and he stopped in the middle of my Session 5-7 times To Do someone else’s nails. Smh never returning.

The workers here are so sweet! They immediately greeted me and asked what they could do for me, and offered me a drink as soon as I sat in the chair. I had Don do my pedicure and manicure and he was so sweet. I definitely recommend this place!
