My first experience with this salon they were busy and the lady that did my toes didn’t even paint them all the way. I gave them the benefit of a dout because they were just really busy. Fast forward about roughly a year I went again on Saturday, October 9, 2022. They were pretty dead so I decided to give them a try again. Got my feet done by a man this time who rubbed my skin completely off with the rough sponge they use on your toe nails. My right foot big toe is in so much pain a day later. During the process I could feel the pain but it felt minor and thought it wasn’t that bad during the time. I will honestly never go back to this nail salon again.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt was supposed to be yellow French tip the lady have no idea what she was doing. when I sat down there was another person’s nail clippings on a towel in front of me, precious and the files looked nasty. they cut me, my daughter and my niece. all of our nails were clumpy and uneven, i told the nail tech i wanted the nails shorter she said “no you dont” and also “the yellow is ugly its not natural”. the man was rude to my niece and did not round her nails like she asked. They refused to honor their own gift card! My elderly mother’s caregiver took her here to have her toenails trimmed and tried to pay with the gift card we had purchased. They insisted there was only $5 on the gift card, even though it clearly said $12!!! No amount of arguing could convice them to honor the gift card. We’ll go into Tyler from now on just to avoid this place. Disgusting.

We are new to the area and I wanted to get my daughters and my nails done for Easter and what I was hoping would be a wonderful experience became anything but. Even with an appointment we had to wait over an hour because they continued to take walk ins. The kids mani and pedi were fine but mine was a disaster. They didn’t do the complete pedicure I paid for, refused to do mail air on my toes; argued with me about my nails and what I had requested. At one point one of the ladies started smacking the side of my face in a demeaning way because I wasn’t going to allow them to do whatever they wanted and continued saying “no, I want the nails I showed you please not what you’re saying”. Needless to say 3 hours later I walked out of there almost in tears I was so frustrated with the horrible work they did, how I was treated and that I still had to pay for everything. Absolutely DO NOT recommend.
