My fingers bled and were butchered. The male worker was not careful with my manicure and wasn’t able to verbally communicate with me because a language barrier. I did not get the color I originally pointed out and he kept rushing me to pick something. I was scared for the pedicure and just happy that it wasn’t like the manicure. I wouldn’t recommend going back. No offense, but being careful is part of customer service, but to eaches own.

I had a pedicure done today by an older gentleman. I noticed he would get quite a bit of polish on my skin around my nails and he used his thumbnail to wipe off the polish, which was very sharp and painful. After looking real close to my nails as I was doing some shopping I realized they did not look done very well and as shiny as gel Nails are usually. I went in and asked them to fix it. They did not have time and told me I could come back in 3 1/2 hours. I live an hour away so that was not feasible and I will definitely not go back.

I LOVE getting my nails done here! It is quite, relaxing, the staff is very nice and respectful! My nails are always on point when i walk out the door, and i have been known to be a bit picky having been getting them done well over 3 years every couple weeks it’s not easy to impress me with design, but I’m never disappointed when i leave there! I highly recommend trying them!!

I had my nails done here, and they were very busy. A much older man did my nails. He did not seemed thrilled about doing my nails at all!! He rushed through the process, skipped steps that I know are protocol and some just common sense. My nails were SO THICK, and I had to have a fill 6 days later. Not sure nails was his specialty, so I give him an A for effort, for doing my nails when none of the ladies would even talk to me.. I went somewhere else for the fill, MUCH BETTER.

Okay so the first time I went I was pretty disappointed at the shape and bulkiness of my nails but right before valentines I gave it one more chance and I am glad I did. I usually go to Enid nails but a friend recommended I come here. I am so glad I did! Dominic did the most amazing job! I will be returning and recommending his service! The place it self is big and clean. There is a warm and welcoming enegey to it. The room was filled with laughter. A place of true relaxation. Chi gave me a brow wax and I will also be returning to her. Anyone that’s in the market for a new place to go for brows and Nails should definitely try out this place. I can confidently promise you will not regret it.

Went & got a pedicure tonight & loved it ! I don’t just love pedicures and I hadn’t found a place I just loved. Went to Luxury Nails & Spa to get a gift certificate & decided to try them. Linda did my pedicure & it was AWESOME ! SHE DID A GREAT JOB & I WILL BE GOING BACK AGAIN TO HER !

Went in the evening. When i got there it was pretty much empty, just me and another client they were working on. Then they finished my pedicure and a couple came in for pedicures. I went over to the manicure station and the man started a bowl of acetone for me to soak my hands in. He left and a few minutes later another man came to check on me. In that time a few customers had come in. I was left there for a total of 20-30minutes while they went to finish other customers that had come in after me. That is NOT the WAY to do business. Very dissapointed in their customer service and time management. If you are going to run into this problem, you need to be well staffed.
