Decided to try this place because it has pretty good reviews on here. I got a gel pedicure with white tips. This was the worst pedicure ive ever gotten and I get them done every month. The lady doing them didn’t do any callus remover at all with the scrubber, then as she was painting them she kept getting paint all over the sides of my toes and left it there. I asked her to fix them, which she then took the towel and just wiped the paint off so they were left rough and had little black stuff leftover from the towel. She continued to dab on paint over that not even smoothing them out so they were super rough and chunky. I asked her yet again to fix them before finishing all of them and she was either flat out ignoring me or had no idea what I was saying. I had to get the lady who checked us in at the front to come look at them and literally had to them all off and redo them again which was still a messy job. There’s also a pinky toe that has a huge chunk of extra clear coat hanging off. She said it’s normally $17 extra to do white tips which is crazy expensive anyways, but that she would take $7 off and only charge me $10 extra. This was absolutely the worst pedicure ive ever received and waste of $100. I will definitely not be back. Pictures attached are after the 3rd time redoing them and fixing them and you can see how messy they still are.

Got a lovely relaxing pedicure, sitting in a very comfortable and relaxing massage chair. I swear I was about ready to close my eyes and snooze away. Pedicure warm and relaxing with a foot and leg massage. Complete with a hot wet towel wrap! Toenails are trimmed and polished and looking great!

I’ve been several times now with them and my dip manicures have lasted weeks. Vera (one of the owners) also has a genuine heart and care for your overall satisfaction and ensures her whole staff is committed to making sure you are happy with their services. I’ve also gotten gel pedicures there and they seem to last quite a bit longer than other places I’ve been in the area. They are also very on time compared to other places in the area and very clean! I just recently used this salon. this was my second time here. The first time I came in for a fill. I needed a few of my nails taken off. They were completely clueless on how to get them off. ( gel nails) they ripped and ripped on my nails, making them bleed and very sore. I kept asking over and over if there was something they could soak them in to get them off. They just kept pulling and tugging on them, which resulted in them ripping my nail underneath. Long story short I mistakenly went back in yesterday giving them the benefit of the doubt. The wait was super long, it didn’t seem like there was that many people in there but they kept taking back and forth from the spa to the tables and so forth. And I’m pretty sure they took two people ahead of me that walked in after me. I almost considered leaving but after saying something they brought me back to the pedicure area. By the time someone got to me the water was ice cold. I bit my tongue and continued on to my nails. She rushed through, toes didn’t look as bas as they could have. My nails on the other hand were not filled in all the way. They were chunky, uneven, and looked horrible. The sides were uneven. And not painted. I Bit my tongue again and just wanted to leave. I paid for my moms manicure and pedicure as well. When I got to the front I couldn’t believe how much the total was. I have never paid that much at any salon. Iv been to every salon in blue springs. Multiple times. When I asked the owner about the price she hesitated and couldn’t tell me accurately about the price and what each service was. She kept trying to count on her fingers and kept tapping the screen a lot. I honestly feel like she over charged me. I didn’t bring up how bad the service was I just wanted to leave because I was so angry. Will never come back here again. And will warn everyone I know.

I started going to Luxury Nails because it was right next to my old job, and they are always so wonderful, kind, and affordable, so I keep coming back! Today was especially great, he took extra time and care to make sure my nails were a perfect pointed shape, and the candy cane design was done perfectly. They also picked out the perfect, nicest bright red for me. Very Christmas-y. I’m very happy with the nails and the overall service, I am and will continue to be a repeat customer here!

The technicians here are always so courteous, and they do everything they can to accommodate your needs and make sure you are receiving the best experience possible. Called and asked to schedule with James was told to walk in, did so. I had my toes painted, while he finished a client, then took another client in front of me, then another client walked in for her scheduled appointment and he took her, even though she offered to wait or have the owner do her nails. The owner didn’t offer to do my nails. I asked who was going to do my nails and she said you asked for James and he’s busy, even though I called and was told to walk in. I waited an hour and was going to have to wait another hour. Very unfriendly, unprofessional and they play unedited music. The owner is very unfriendly and not welcoming.
