This shop is doing illegal training. They had a girl start my nails & you can tell it was like her first time & the older lady took over to finish but was trying to teach her at the same time. She should be going to beauty school not learning in the shop. It’s been 4 days since I’ve gotten my nails done & just about all of them have fallen off. I was in town from Minnesota so I can’t go get them fixed but the lady yelled at me over the phone saying it was my problem that I’m from out of town and can’t come in to get them fixed & she won’t give any type of refund. I get my nails done all the time there’s no way they should be breaking this easily & quickly.

I’ve been getting manicures and pedicures for many years also being a diabetic I would suggest this place to anybody it’s the best manicure pedicure around Kathy and Amy are the best being diabetic you got to take care of your feet your hands if they ever closed up I would make sure that I follow them wherever they go they’re the best I wouldn’t go anyplace else.

I went to Luxury many years with t he previous owner but since Amy took over, very disappointing. She started a rewards program that with every 10 services you got $10.00 off of the next one. She discontinued the program as people were getting close to the 10th visit. Very unprofessional. Have since changed shops Gel manicures

Critical: QualityMy wife and I came in for a spa day, and had a very pleasant pedicure. HOWEVER, when it came to my full set. It was recommended that I get the organic. Which was dip powder. I have never tried it and decided to go with it. The next day, my nail tip broke off when I picked up a pair of dress pants. I went in the next day to have it fixed only for another tip to break on my opposite hand, the next day after closing a journal book. I don’t do anything strenuous with my hands, and have never had my nail tips break unless it was time for a fill In. I felt my full set was rushed, and therefore, the quality of the work suffered tremendously. I will not go back for a second nail repair. The pedicures were truly worth it. But my full set was not. very sloppy work and uncooperative lady. i’m so beyond upset it was a waste of money and time i was looking forward to it but everything was rushed through. unsanitary products/ rough employees/ uneven length/ crooked nails/ chunky and thick layers/ wrong technique/ wrong products/ i asked for square and it came out with one of the worse shapes probably/ bubbles in thick nail polish/ doesn’t blend in at all/ nail polish EVERYWHERE. i’m not trying to be negative but i was not happy whatsoever with the outcome and definitely wouldn’t recommend coming in, i’m beyond upset 🙁

I went today to get my acrylic nails filled. Christine did them for me and she was fantastic. she did a beautiful cascading sparkles design on my nails and theyre stunning. the salon is large, comfortable, clean, and does NOT have that awful nail polish smell lingering in the air. I will definitely be going back!
