Never have I gotten a set here that I didn’t like. They’re fast at what they do and they do it GOOD. I’m in and out in a hour or less for a fill or full set. Everywhere else I’ve gone take HOURS for a full set and charge more. I don’t know why it took me over a year to write a review. Best place in Green Bay to get your nails done.

I was seen earlier today across the street by a horrible “Spa” that did nothing for 30 minutes. I finally left and was a walk in at Luxury. Their name speaks volumes and the experience was Luxurious. Pao, Mee the owners and the technician Richel were all more than accommodating. They listened, asked about my day, and the environment was clean and relaxing. Beautiful outcome- Highly recommend and I will be back!

First time getting my nails done, and for my wedding. Came in with the expected price for medium stilletos at $45, with $15 extra for each accent nail. I assume the owner (the only male) was who worked on me first, and I was immediately shocked at how fast paced and seemingly unsocial we had started off right of the bat. No cutical trimming, filing or anything.. he went straight to twisting around my fingers, hitting them with the dremel and gluing on the tips. Then he suddenly got up, and another woman say down and cut them to shape, then he got in the chair and filed, then she sat back down and started the acrylic.. it felt like a barbie doll assembly line. She gave me another quote after filing the acrylic of $70 and then asked me for accent design, of which I showed the man immediately after I sat down (simple red rune lines on the ring finger.) I told her I was passing on that now, and just wanted the gold moons. She said a new quote of $75. After 45 minutes, the whole thing was done, and on the way out I think the owner caught the look on my face and told me $65 was alright. I paid, and once I got to the car and finally felt like I could really look at my nails, I’m sad to say they are all crooked and about 2 weeks growth away from my cuticle. I went home and reshaped them, cleaned under my nails and painted the mantle to make them look less old. If your looking for fast, this is the place. But if you want a calm atmosphere, solid quote and quality nails, I’d pass.

I am in town just for a short period of time. I decided last second to message on fb and make a appt. They responded promptly and we arranged a time. The lady who did my nails was so sweet. She never once made me feel like I was a inconvenience or that she wanted to rush to get done with me. My nails look great. I will definitely be back when I’m in town. highly recommend the pedi with wax and hot towel for cold days.

Not impressed at all!! The water for my pedicure was luke warm. They overbooked and appeared rushed. I believe it was the owner that worked on me as he spoke loudly to others. Not very relaxing. He did warm the water up for me which was nice. I’m not familiar with the regular nail polish they use the first coat was almost transparent. After 3 quick coats I was moved to where they could dry for 15 minutes. No top coat yet. As I waited I paid plus tip.Then a young man came over and was going to apply the top coat…NO IT WAS CUTICLE OIL!!! I tried to tell him I need a top coat!! The owner stepped over and said no top coat…too late. He tried to wipe the oil off only removing the polish on my big toe!! Stop! Just leave it! He then quickly reapplied 3 coats. I told him I’d do the top coat myself at home!!! He didn’t offer a refund or anything!! To think I paid for this!!! Wish I could post a picture! Sad
