I’ve been looking for a nail place for quite some time now since moving to the area & Luxury Nail was recommended to me by a neighbor. I was able to just walk in & they were very accommodating. I got a no chip mani & regular pedi. They have a huge selection of colors. Their pricing was average. My nail tech was Lynn. She was very nice & attentive to what I asked for. This is after a couple days & I’m constantly washing my hands after having a baby.

I walked in at 3pm on a Sunday when they close at 4, I felt terrible as I know how that feels to have last minute customers walk in when you’re ready to go home. But Anna ( I think that was her name ), gladly took really good care of me. She paid attention to her work, took her time & set me up with exactly what I wanted. & To boot, she was fast & still did an awesome job!! Thank you, Anna!! I will surely be back in 2-3 weeks for my fill-in!

Anna is WONDERFUL! I always ask for her when I go. So sweet. Does exactly what I ask for. Never hurts/cuts my cuticles. Never rushes. Never makes my nails thick. Always cleans them up. 0 stars for customer service! My daughter and I who are African American came in and approached the counter for service. There were 2 staff at the counter that said nothing to us. I stood to the side for paying customers and still no response. When a WHITE patron came in she was immediately greeted and offered service. When I said, I was waiting ahead of her, I was ignored and the WHITE patron was immediately seated. It wasn’t until I demanded an apology that another staff person came up to acknowledge me. He explained they didn’t understand or speak English. But the words that were said to the WHITE patron, “Hi, how can I help you, choose a color and sit there” were ALL ENGLISH! They need to greet ALL customers with the same respect! I will NEVER come here AGAIN!
