From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Mia was professional, attentive, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The salon itself was clean and well-maintained, and the service I received was top-notch. I would highly recommend Luxury Nail and Mia to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing nail experience. I agree with CJ, I feel like an intruder here. The employees are so very unwelcoming, and always treat you like you’re an intruder, and as if we shouldn’t ask for anything, or suggest anything at all that we may want done to our nails. Make absolutely no comments or suggestions at all, although we’re paying them. It’s as if we should feel special to be here. They also speak their foreign language to each other when they may not want us to know what they’re talking about. Employees are just so rushing and so rude acting here. It didn’t use to be this way here. Makes a customer wonder what we’ve done wrong to be treated so unkindly. Makes me wanna say “I’m sorry for your unhappiness.” … Also, today was the lowest quality job ever done there on my nails. I just didn’t say anything. I hope for the owners sake that things get better there. Hardly any customers there anymore compared to what it was there a year or so ago.

$30 for a pedicure that lasted 15 minutes. Massage was barely performed. The french tip was done cleanly however the quality of the polish was not as expected. Chipping started 1 week in. I would not return. Pedicure

Pink and white s&s done. When I showed him that white tip was crooked I was told no that my finger was crooked. Strange they have never been crooked before or since. They rush to get you done and don’t care if you are happy with the service.
