My favorite place to get my nails done. I don’t go anywhere else! Very clean from the tools to the bathroom. Love Eugene Elizabeth and Annie very friendly and they all do an amazing job. They offer a great $35 deal for both a mani and pedi a few days a week. They even have a rewards card that you can use to get money off future services! Highly recommend. They do take walk ins but you would be much better off with an appointment.

Place is horrible !!! Got my feet down and at first the lady was very rude and nasty. When trying to have a conversation with her was completely ignored. After getting my feet done had cuts on the top of halfs my toes. I called to make an appointment for gel nails, but when arriving decided i wanted gel tips, got an attitude & than they finally took me. the lady who did my nails WAS SO RUDE!!!! I’m pretty sure her name was rebecca or rachel, when doing my nails she was pressing so hard on my actual nails i thought she ripped threw them & i was bleeding. When telling her she was hurting me, she replayed “well if it hurts than don’t get your nails done”. She was rude, nasty, didn’t answer me when i talked to her. I asked her multiple times if the color that was on my nails matched my feet (which didn’t at all)& at the end was charged 113 dollars !!!! For a set of tips, and a regular pedicure. Was very unhappy and will never be coming back. DO NOT GO THERE SAVE YOUR MONEY. I prefer Anna’s in port monmouth. They do an amazing job & are cheap & know to to work with people.

Extremely clean with a well experienced staff. Large variety of colors & brands. They use a new lining for each pedicure to assure cleanliness. They offer a bottle of water to clients & have 2 tv’s to watch while procedure is being done. Wheelchair accessible & convenient location right next to a Dunkin Donuts if you would like to get a hot beverage beforehand.

While I still love Elizabeth, I no longer go there. More than once I had a problem with them not putting the correct info in for the day and/or time of my appt. The last straw? I had booked an apt for the day before 4th of July holiday weekend. I left work early to go to the apt and start my holiday weekend. When I got there I was told my apt was for the next day. I would never schedule my apt on the Sat of a holiday when I knew I would be spending the entire weekend on the beach. I was told they were too backed up and they could not take me at all, that I needed to come back for my scheduled appt. I had been going there for over 2 yrs. I guess customer loyalty means nothing. I will not be going back again. It’s a shame too because I had points saved up to use for a free pedicure.
