Critical: ProfessionalismI walk in and said to the young lady that I wanted both, a Regular pedicure and manicure. She answers back that I should have a gel pedicure and manicure. I again, said, No, I want both regular pedicure and manicure. She tells me to go over, and take a seat. An employee comes to start work on me, without even saying hello or acknowledging me. Then he starts the pedicure and Hurts me in the process a few times with his tools. Then he asks me to go sit for my manicure. He does not use any polish remover on my nails, which had some polish residuals from my last manicure. So, I brought it up, and he barely wet the cotton with polish remover, so did a sloppy job. He finished the manicure without any hand cream or hand massage as this is part of a manicure. I paid$45.00 to get a service like this? Never again will a go to this place! Seemed to me, that they are only interested in the money, disregarding quality and professional service to the clients. I walk in and said to the young lady that I wanted both, a Regular pedicure and manicure. She answers back that I should have a gel pedicure and manicure. Critical: Quality, ValueI have been to this place for about a year now and I feel every time their service is worsen.I mean they usually do a good job in the style of the nails but the cleaning is almost not existent.Today I went to do a dip manicure and I specific told the lady I was assigned to please clean my nails and she says oh you want a dip and a manicure then will be $50.00, then I said to her this is the first time I heard this, so I told her to do just a regular manicure and then she say not I will do dip and clean your nails for $40.00 then I said as it suppose to be.Anyway if you going to charge a different price please change the list on the wall.Be specific.It is sad that you going to a place like this to have a good experience and what you find is they don’t listen and on the top of that they always speaking in their language right after you ask o say something.Be professional people!!Service: Dip powderI have been to this place for about a year now and I feel every time their service is worsen.I mean they usually do a good job in the style of the nails but the cleaning is …More

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe techs do not listen to their client. After giving them 6 chances in the past 5 months I just received my final service from this company! I will have to wait at least 3 weeks to have someone repair what these people did. I have the utmost respect for people of other cultures but there needs to be some understanding of the English language if they are going to conduct any type of service.The techs do not listen to their client. I will have to wait at least 3 weeks to have someone repair what these people did.
