I’ve been twice now and have had a pleasant experience both times. I’ve gotten the SNS dip manicure and it’s lasted several weeks. The staff is nice and facilities are clean. They’re very popular and even with an appointment you might have to wait a few minutes if you’re there during their peak times.

Me and my daughter had a wonderful time. We decided at the last minute to go get our nails done. They were able to get us in very quickly. The staff was awesome, everyone was kind and polite. They go above and beyond to make your nails beautiful! We were so happy with our nails! If you need your nails done, this is a wonderful place to go.

Went in for a simple fill in, and they were so booked with appointments that they could not take walk ins. I have seen pictures of their work, and it looks very nice, but with my schedule, I cannot make an appointment because I never know if my work schedule will align. If they are going to be so booked up with appointments, then they need to take down the “walk ins welcome” sign on their front door. Or allow time in their scheduled for walk ins. I will never be back to try this establishment.

I have always been satisfied w/service until yesterday when I went in to my appointment she always in a rush and don’t take time on your hands it’s all about money and not the client. My nails was horrible I showed her a picture and most definitely didn’t get the shape or what I asked for. Was told she was booked all weekend and she couldn’t fix it. Had also booked a toe polish didn’t even have time to do that. She need to schedule accordingly and quit worry about money. I most definitely don’t recommend this place to no one!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone, she rushed and was very rude about how long I wanted my nails, and complained about how long it was gonna take to do my nails, she also filed my nails to thin and when I took the nails off my real nail was cracked underneath 5 of my nails!!!! My mom and I went last week to get pedicures over the weekend. We both got the luxury deluxe pedicure, and it was rushed. When he was cutting my cuticles he kept pulling the side of my toe and now it’s infected from being irritated. I got burnt with the stones a few times. My mom got regular polish and I got gel polish. The polish came off in 2 days. The entire polish on my whole nails. I had to repaint them, unfortunately. Isn’t gel supposed to last at least 2 weeks? We did enjoy our time though together, but we won’t be going back as money was wasted.

Luxury nails ! Did such an above and beyond expectations! Definitely the best nail salon in Forest City- such nice people! Such a calm environment, so relaxing! Definitely will going back! Such good and sweet people! Highly recommend! 5 ! Love this place first time going! Will be back soon! Such good people- you give them a picture of the nails you want and they go above and beyond that picture- they did such great job!
