OMG supposedly Julie does beautiful artwork on nails. Obviously not by the photo you see. Pretty sloppy I would say. They are extremely expensive and when I’m paying that kind of money my nails better be perfect and they weren’t. You couldn’t give me free services to go there again

When I got my acrylics they were uneven and the shape was not matching. It was super rushed and rough. My nail technician put way to much glue and filed my skin, when I Spoke up they claimed they weren’t looking. It was so hard to take off and hurt me because there was an overload of glue. I now have bandages on my fingers My pedicure was so rough, when I walked out I had to limp.

I am torn. I like how they did my nails but the place was over booked and crowded. I spent 2 hours there and was bounced around between 3 people. Then, it took the 3rd person who finished my nails to get the shape right. In the end, another customer, who seen me earlier was shocked to see that I was still there by the time she sat down for her appointment. They tried to make it up by giving me a discount on my nails and giving me a free hand and arm massage. All in all, I appreciate them trying to make it up but the experience left me questioning if I’ll be back.
