Great staff. Went on a Friday around 5. Got a pedicure and regular manicure. The staff was wonderful. I was able to get my pedi and mani at the same time so I wasn’t waiting around a long time. Prices are good. You can relax with a beverage. I had wine, but they have a whole selection of things. Highly recommend.

I came here to get a basic French tip full set (nail tips/extension and dip powder) and a toe polish change. Within hours of leaving my nails began cracking and the toe nail polish started chipping. I never asked for dip, the tech just started doing it without asking. I know some techs strictly do dip and though I had never gotten it before and I would have liked to be asked first, I had no problem trying it out. By the next day, being today, five of my nails have broken off and crumbled and the others are cracked. I called to see about getting a refund and was informed that they “don’t do refunds” but I could come in so they can be fixed. I came in and was told that they could fix my nails with the same dipping powder again for free or I could pay to get regular acrylic nails. I told them that I didn’t want the dipping powder if it was just going to break and crumble again to which their resolution was to “just be careful next time”. One of my nails literally broke off while getting dressed and another while typing on a keyboard…I couldn’t be anymore careful if I tried. I ended up leaving with nothing because my options were screwed to say the least. I’m now forced to go spend more money to get them fixed else where and I’m out of $100. I literally just popped the last five off by hand with no force or pain at all after taking these photos. I’m BEYOND unhappy.

I usually come here to get my nails done and have a great experience. However, this most recent time, my sister and I went and we both left upset. The ladies in charge of doing gel and acrylic nails absolutely did the most when cutting our cuticles and filing our nails. She sat there cutting for 30 minutes; 30 minutes of unnecessary cuticle cutting (our cuticles were not that bad). So now, i’m bleeding around 4 of my fingers, and to add to this, she proceeded to dig the nail file into my skin as if anything else needed to be shaved down; Same thing happened with my sister and her nail tech. We left with blood around our fingers and our fingers hurt! This is the very first review i’ve ever made, so just know i’m upset and unhappy with the service we received.

I came in about an hour and 30mins before closing and the people who did my nails and toes rushed the whole process. My toe is swollen from how hard he dug into it, also my fingers burn and are all cut up from the tool she used and she also disregarded how I told her I wanted my nails. I’ve been there before and this is my first time having a bad experience, but I won’t be going back .

I’ve been coming to this nail shop for 10 yrs. I’m completely at a loss for words at how the professionalism has just gone away. I came in on Monday to get a new French set. She tried to FORCE me to do dip and I didn’t want dip. So she said I had to come back Wednesday bc the only lady that “knew” how to do them was off Tuesday. I made an appt for Wednesday and came at my scheduled time and she tells me oh i need to come back. NO NOTIFICATION THAT MY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELED AND I HAVE DROVE HERE TWICE JUST TO HAVE MY TIME WASTED. ALL BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT DIP! EVERYONE did acrylic before dip was even a thing! I’ve never received such poor customer service and sad to say I won’t ever be returning !

(i paid for her so that’s why i’m talking about this) all she got was dip and tips and it cost her 63$! at other salons it’ll usually cost 45. mine cost 63 aswell. no the people there were super nice though!
