I am very torn over my experience at this facility. I asked for a dip with a manicure. The quality of the dip is amazing. A beautiful French manicure that I would be extremely excited about except for the fact that the gentleman shaved a large amount of my extended nail off the side. I had beautiful shape to them when I walked in and now look like I have less nails or skinny nails. It’s a shame because I would be over the moon besides this fact. I am sure some women would be thrilled with this shape but it is not me and I wasn’t asked before he dug in. And then he passed me off to someone else for a less than par massage. I would give 2 1/2 stars at best

Unfortunately, I had several issues that made my visit unpleasant. First, when we went in I told them what we wanted. My daughter wanted a full set of acrylic nails with two colors and stiletto shaped. They used powder instead and only one color. At least they shaped her nails right. I wanted gel with a French manicure, toe nails painted and my eyebrows waxed. The manicure did not go well between the shape and the sloppy way the white tips were painted I was just not happy. Then while I was getting my eyebrows done, she accidentally dropped wax in my eye. The only thing that turned out okay was my toenails. When it came time to pay they said the total was $159.00. I was not expecting that for what I asked for when we first got there. After I found out why it was so much, I just paid and left. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing experience. The worst part is that it’s only been two weeks and my nails look like I have been chewing on them. I’ve had gel manicures that still look good after three weeks.

I have never written or done a review before. This is the first. I have been to MANY, MANY different Nail Salons in Hamilton County since I relocated my life up here. I spent a year, going to each different one after failed attempts. By far the BEST in Hamilton County! TOP QUALITY work, customer service, dedication, & satisfaction! Nick and his employees always care for the customer to the best of their ability. I NEVER have to wait when I schedule my appointments, they don’t try to talk me into spending more money, always ask what I want and give me %110, NEVER over kill their prices, NEVER CHANGE their prices, do everything they can to make sure I am comfortable, but most of all, Nick does NOT clean around your nail to make it where you have to come back in two weeks just so they can make more money off of you! I go once a month and my nails would probably even last longer than that!

I have been coming here for at least 3 years and I have always been happy with my nails feet eyebrows any time I leave. In the last few visits I have discovered Vivian and let me tell you she quickly has become the only person I will go to. I will wait if I call and she is not in or available. She truly takes the time to make me feel special and like I matter. I am a control freak and never in my life( I am 33) have I ever told a nail tech to just make me pretty. I am attaching the picture of my nails from today that literally almost made me cry because I loved them so much! The photos truly don’t do them justice. And the pink and gold is seashells! She did this having no idea my deep love for mermaid and all things ocean ♀️

Went in for a fill & polish change, gorgeous place & friendly staff. Got in quick and got the color/ glitter dip I wanted. A week later my nails chipped on two different nails. I called and made an appointment to come in a week later and the tech was blatantly in a hurry as well as coming off mad they had to service me. I showed them my nails and asked for a polish change- not even a fill. 2 weeks had gone by this far- no more chipping had happened…. Got the polish change- it was super rushed. The tech didn’t even fully cover 4 of my nails. There are several spots where the nails have no polish OR the clear coat. I was so beside myself… I paid for the services which was $40 and I tipped $5. I had to go home and do a top coat to cover where the polish was messed up as well as where it was missing. I won’t be going back.

My experience here was nothing short of amazing. Alise did my lash extensions and they are seriously the bomb dot com and she took the time to make sure they suited my eye shape and face and gave me genuine advice. She made the experience all the more enjoyable. She has a really vibrant but down to earth personality that’s so inviting when your getting a service done! On top of that, girl is funny! This is my go to place now for nails and lashes. Go see her!
