I’m used to having good relationships with Nail Techs, but this one is different. I attempted to be friendly, but Cindy didn’t seem to receive me well. I don’t know, just know I didn’t feel well received. The first visit was welcoming, but after 2 days my polish was coming off of several nails. Upon return, Cindy was distant, wouldn’t even look at me nor did she discuss with me, my concerns. She polished my nails, but didn’t give me the design I had previously paid for. I wasn’t feeling so good so I just decided not to complain and left. Guess what! The polish was coming off again, 2 days later! Well, I’d already decided I wouldn’t return after she wouldn’t even look at me. I’ve since found another place. Cindy lost a good customer in me because I’m always on time, I’ll stick with you and I tip well. Good customer service and good work, makes for longevity in business.

It had been so long since getting a full set and they turned out so absolutely beautiful, couldnt have been happier. Cindy did such an amazing and thorough job and I could tell that she cared about the details. I also got a lovely pedicure. The ladies worked until after close and never rushed through their work and everything turned out great. I can’t wait til next time!

I took my little sister there for a belated birthday gift. The lady did both of our nails at the same time. No biggie. I tried to converse a with her on multiple occasions and she didn’t really talk back I said okay that’s fine you’re focusing on my nails that’s cool. I noticed she handmade one of my nails crooked and when I said something about it she didn’t do anything to fix it. She overcharged me. Didn’t fix the problem. Gave me the wrong color on my nails. Horrible customer service. And left what was supposed to be a relaxing belated birthday gift an infuriating experience. Maybe she hadn’t had a long day so I try to give her the benefit of the doubt but me and my sister will never be going back there.
